Welcome to STEM!

Dear STEM family,

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year.  I am honored to serve our school as your proud principal and anticipate another successful year of learning and fun. The staff and faculty at WPMS STEM are the most amazing and dedicated collection of educators I have had the pleasure of working with, and the students are kind, intelligent, and resilient.

We seek to ensure that all our efforts support our students and families to achieve at the highest levels; and our unwavering goal is to inspire our students to reach for their dreams. Thanks to the efforts of our students and teachers, our school has been widely acknowledged as one the best in the district; earning California’s Gold Ribbon status and recognition as a high performing Title I school. I will continue to support our faculty in their unending efforts for constant growth and in their work to prepare our students for high school and beyond.

We want you understand that you are welcomed here at STEM as a valuable partner. Your active involvement in our school is cherished and is an important part of our success. I would like to personally thank you for all your support and I look forward to learning alongside all of you on our journeys together.  My door is open to your inspirations, questions, and suggestions, so please feel free to stop by. Once again, I am truly excited for the endless possibilities this year brings and am honored to work with the best students, teachers, and families in the world.
